Joshua Wiley is a London-based Creative and Art Director with a decade of experience shaping music culture through visually-driven
storytelling and concept-led design.
From 2017, he has been a central creative force at Boiler Room, leading art direction across global campaigns, original content, live events and brand partnerships. His tenure has seen the platform evolve from cult underground
broadcaster to a leading voice in contemporary youth culture, with his direction helping to define its visual identity across over 30 countries.
Josh’s work spans brand campaigns, apparel, motion, and editorial, rooted in cultural insight and executed with a sharp graphic sensibility. In recent years, he has expanded into freelance creative direction, collaborating with artists, labels, and fashion brands on projects that bridge storytelling and identity.
